Golf for the sake of good science! Its all about physics!
The 2008 Impression 5 Science Center Golf Marathon will be held at Timber Ridge Golf Club on Monday, August 18th.
What is a golf marathon? Well,
in an effort to create a truly unique golf fund raiser,
Impression 5 and a group of volunteers have created an event that
allows participants to play golf all day long, on a closed course,
while at the same time, raising much needed funds for Impression 5!
Our goal is to raise $30,000 to support the mission of Impression 5 Science Center!
If you are interested in participating, or would like to contribute to the event, please contact Erik Larson by

Volunteer Opportunities
For 30 years Impression 5 has been challenging people of all ages to look at the world around them and ask, "why?" Through the development of interactive exhibits and participatory programs, Impression 5 fosters an environment where people EXPLORE... DISCOVER... and EXPERIENCE. This environment would not be possible without the help of people who volunteer their time to support the science center. Impression 5 is always recruiting polite, dependable, hardworking people to assist staff with achieving the mission of Impression 5:
To facilitate learners of all ages in exploring, understanding, and appreciating the wonders of the physical and natural world.
Volunteering at Impression 5 can be a very rewarding experience. Impression 5 is looking for people who are ready for a challenge. Volunteers will assist with the daily operations within the Education Department. This will include:
