Return Policy

Terms and Conditions:

    All return requests must be initiated within 30 days from when the products are delivered to you.  All returns require an RMA number and must be received by an Impression 5 within 30 days of receiving said number.
    To receive an RMA number please fill this form.  Under the subject field, please select "Online Store."
    Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including on defective merchandise. In the case of defective merchandise the shipping costs may be waived at the discretion of Impression 5.
    All products must be received in new, resalable condition.  The condition of the product will be determined at our discretion.

    A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns.  A larger restocking fee may be deducted if the returned merchandise is not resalable.

    Once an order has been shipped, shipping costs cannot be refunded.

    The defective item must be recieved before a replacement item will be shipped.

    Authorized returns will be processed within 7 business days ("business days" exclude weekends, holidays, and the day the package is delivered) of when they are delivered. Unauthorized returns, refused packages, and undeliverable packages can take longer than 7 business days to be processed and may be refused and returned to you at your expense.

Defective Items:


If an item is DOA then please fill out this form for an RMA number and we will replace the item for you.  Replacement items will be shipped via the same method the original item was shipped.

Return Shipping instructions:

All returned items should be packed in the same manner in which they were originally shipped to you. Products returned without a separate shipping box or without the original product box will be refused. You will need to write the RMA number that was issued on the outside of the shipping container (do not mark the product box) or on the shipping label. It is your responsibility to pay the return shipping fee, however, this fee may be waived at the discretion of Impression 5. Be sure to package your returns well, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
